Planned Restart is a nonprofit organization built for the people the system most often leaves behind — the ones navigating a case alone, the families carrying the cost of a sentence, and the neighbors starting over with a record that follows them.
We began in Jacksonville because that is where the need was closest to us. From Duval County outward across Florida, we provide direct support, plain-language guidance, and a steady voice when someone needs the system to answer for what it has done.
